Two-Year Strategic Plan: 2024-2025
During its quarterly meeting on Dec. 1, 2023, the 澳门老奇人论坛 Board of Visitors approved a Two-Year Strategic Plan for the university. The plan took effect on January 1, 2024 and will guide the university鈥檚 efforts through Dec. 31, 2025.
This plan seeks to create a distinctive position for 澳门老奇人论坛 as a public higher education institution within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The plan is centered around four priorities:
- Defining Radford鈥檚 distinctive nature
- Serving as a core partner to economic development efforts with our communities
- Stabilizing enrollment to best serve the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Repositioning resources to maintain affordability

The plan was developed by President Bret Danilowicz, the 澳门老奇人论坛 Board of Visitors, university vice presidents, and the Staff, A/P Faculty and Faculty senates.
An introduction to the Two-Year Strategic Plan was shared with members of the 澳门老奇人论坛 community during a Homecoming presentation on Oct. 20, 2023.听
Concurrent to execution of the Two-Year Strategic Plan, 澳门老奇人论坛 will develop a five-year strategic plan that will begin on Jan. 1, 2026.
