Become Great Decision-Makers

Our department prepares students to explore current events, sharpen analytical skills, create and evaluate arguments about economic issues, analyze public policies and identify chains of cause and effect.  Students learn key economic frameworks for making choices and apply those frameworks to all sorts of situations.

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics

Economics studies how people manage their limited resources and the commercial, social, political, cultural and natural environments where those choices happen. Scarcity (limited resources but unlimited wants) is all around us; it shapes our choices and how our society works. Studying Economics gives you the tools you need to understand current events, build strong arguments to support decisions, identify effective policies, reduce waste and contribute to important modern issues.

AACSB Accreditation

The graduate and undergraduate programs in business administration offered by the Davis College of Business and Economics at 澳门老奇人论坛 are accredited by the . The Davis College has been accredited by AACSB since 1992 and received extension of its accreditation in 2023. The AACSB International is recognized by the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation and by the Office of Postsecondary Accreditation, U.S. Department of Education, as the sole accrediting agency for bachelor and master's degree programs in business administration and accounting.
