dean of the Davis College of Business and Economics, effective July 10. McCloskey
brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to education, community engagement
and student success to her new role.
McCloskey has demonstrated a deep understanding of academia and its practical applications
with her distinguished career, including her most recent role as the associate dean
of undergraduate programs at Widener University. As a professor of management, she
has emphasized the importance of preparing students for the professional world while
encouraging them to pursue academic excellence.

McCloskey鈥檚 commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships will enrich

McCloskey earned a Ph.D. in business administration from Drexel University, an MBA
in finance from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University
of Delaware.
