The °ÄÃÅÀÏÆæÈËÂÛ̳ Ambassadors (RUA) serve as a link between students and alumni by striving to inspire Highlander pride among their fellow students and the Radford Alumni network, while also creating an awareness of the °ÄÃÅÀÏÆæÈËÂÛ̳ Alumni Association and its mission. RUA consists of a select group of undergraduate and graduate students. As a member of the RUA, you will make new friends, plan and execute campus events, learn about °ÄÃÅÀÏÆæÈËÂÛ̳'s unique history, develop as a professional, participate in fun social activities, and network with campus administrators, faculty, staff and alumni.

You can take a dip in the New River and support Special Olympics by participating in the Highlander Polar Plunge. This great tradition lets you show your Highlander Pride while helping others! Participate individually, or with friends, and mingle with alumni during this great community outreach opportunity.
If your parent, step-parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt or uncle graduated from Radford University, you are a Radford Alumni Legacy! You are invited to showcase your Radford family connection by wearing a Radford Legacy Stole during Commencement. Students will complete an exit interview with a member of the Office of Alumni Relations staff during the week prior to commencement to secure this special memento.
If your parent, step-parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt or uncle graduated from Radford University, you are a Radford Alumni Legacy! All Radford Alumni Legacy students and their families are invited to take a break from moving-in and enjoy lunch in the Russell Hall Alumni Center. This is a great time to meet fellow members of the Radford family. These picnics take place in Russell Hall on the Thursday and Friday of fall semester's move-in week.

The Russell Hall Block Party is a celebration of the end of the Spring semester and all °ÄÃÅÀÏÆæÈËÂÛ̳ students are invited! Join the °ÄÃÅÀÏÆæÈËÂÛ̳ Ambassadors and Alumni Association for ice cream sundaes, grad cap decorating, and photos with the Highlander. You can also write a 'Thank You' to your favorite professor!
