Career and Talent Development focuses on fostering an innovative community that provides students with the opportunity to discover and cultivate their talents and skills while developing their our own, unique career journey. When visiting our center, students will have the opportunity to collaborate with career coaches, employers, faculty and alumni in order to discover, experience, and ultimately thrive!
The Center for Career & Talent Development in partnership with °ÄÃÅÀÏÆæÈËÂÛ̳’s Advancement Office have created a new opportunity for you to provide financial support for students’ Career Development. The was created to help students participate in unpaid or lower paid internships as part of the Highlander Works Internship Program. In addition, donations can be earmarked to support the Center’s Career Closet providing professional attire for students in preparation for interviews and other formal events.

PathwayU helps students analyze their unique talents and skills, receive valuable guidance in discovering their purpose, choosing a major, and finding meaningful career success.
Your student can meet with a Career Coach who will support their career development journey. Appointments are available for one-on-one, group or virtual appointments. We also have walk-in hours Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm in Russell Hall 3rd floor.
Encouraging your student to attend our signature career events is one way to set them on the path towards career success. Our career events consist of career development workshops, career fairs, on-campus interviewing with employers, and much more!
